Milan university

Unfortunately milan university told the problem for dont sending her name to the embassy. 
After a long discussion with them they told that without having language certificate they won't send her name to the embassy.
We don't know what to do?

Here is the email:

We're sorry, but you have to provide the language certificate now. If you can't be able to provide it you can do a new application for the first semester 2014-15. In doing this you can provide the language certificate by March 1st 2014. However you have to do a new application, upload the documents again and send us by post your original transcript and the application receipt signed by you and the deadline is December 10th 2013.

Your half birthday

 Dear Eri, tmr is your half birthday. We’ew still looking for an apartment it’s very difficult to find a good apartment here because I don’t have a stable job and I’m really worried about it, not  only me but also your mom.
